I’m 31 years old and live in the gloriously wet city of Portland, Oregon. I chose the name Epicurious Vegan because I have an innate curiosity about the world and live to indulge and celebrate the small and wonderful things this life and this city has to offer. And because as a vegan, I do it all as ethically and compassionately as I can.
I have quite possibly the best family in the world and the most incredible friends. I love photobooths, chapstick, dresses, compassion, champagne cocktails, discovering new restaurants and bars, writing, biking, cooking, learning, vegetables, books, crunching leaves, quiet days, bustling days, cloudy weather, sunshine and smiling.
When I’m not staying busy as a manager at a bustling brewpub, I’m working on my blog or on my other project: I’m a founder and director of Vida Vegan Con, the world’s first international vegan blogging conference.
